Reminder will be sent via email for invoices which are overdue. If payment is still not received, SIMPLY HADDAD ™ may at its discretion suspend the relevant account in accordance to the terms governing the account.

SIMPLY HADDAD ™ reserves the right to reinstate the suspended account upon payment of a reactivation fee of S$15 per account.

If payment is not made in full as stipulated in the agreement, a charge will be imposed at 12% per annum on the outstanding amount from the due date until the date of full payment,and may at its discretion impose the full non-discounted amount in accordance to the invoice.

1. First goto https://www.zetaid.com/clients/clientarea.php.
2. Login using your UserID and Password.
3. Scroll down to the “Due Invoices Section”.
4. Click on the “View Invoice” for the Unpaid Invoice.
5. Select the Payment Method you’d like to make from the drop-down menu below the “Unpaid” Header/Tag.
6. For this instance, we’ll be using Paypal to complete a Credit Card and/or Online Payment.
7. Click on the “PayPal Checkout” icon.
8. You’ll be then brought to PayPal’s Scure Payment Site.
9. If you do not have a PayPal Account, click on Continue on the Right Section of the screen, below the “Don’t have a PayPal account” Header.
   (If you have a PayPal Account, simply login and you’ll be provided with an Order Review Summary, than followthough to Step 12.)
10. Fill out your Credit Card Details.
11. Click “Review Order and Continue”.
12. Review the Order and Click Continue.
13. That’s it follow through the processes by Clicking continue and you’d have completed payment.
14. An email will be sent to you with regards to the transaction.

The process is painless and extremely simple and should take approximately 5 minutes to complete.

For the Platinum Level System, we allow our users to register more that one account with us to manage Design and Development Projects.(i.e. each member of the clients teams will be entitled to a user account to access the project management system, to manage your firms/business/companies project)

As such, most clients would allow their project team to access the Platinum Level System (Project Management System) whilst they are the only ones who’d be able to access the Support, Billing, Invoicing and Ordering Systems which carry more sensitive information. (i.e. Both you and your team would be able to access the Platinum Level System to manage your Project, but only you’d be able to access more sensitive systems and areas, such as Invoicing, Billing, Support Inquiries and Domain and Hosting Management.)

The Platinum Level System/Login, allows you to manage Design and Development Projects efficiently. You’d be able to;

1. Track your Project Status
2. Track Project Tasks
3. View Project Roadmap
4. Download Project Files

Initially you’ll be given a single username and password to login to both the Platinum Level Systems and Support Systems. You may change the Passwords to either systems at your convenience.

Why have we seperated the login credentials for both systems ?

The reason is fairly simple.

For the Platinum Level System, we allow our users to register more that one account with us to manage Design and Development Projects.(i.e. each member of the clients teams will be entitled to a user account to access the project management system, to manage your firms/business/companies project)

As such, most clients would allow their project team to access the Platinum Level System (Project Management System) whilst they are the only ones who’d be able to access the Support, Billing, Invoicing and Ordering Systems which carry more sensitive information. 8. Select “Activate This Payee With the One Time Password (OTP) Sent To You Via SMS” wuthin the “What’s Next ?” Box.
9. Fill out the One-Time-Password into the Field Provisioned.
10. Confirm the Transaction Details, and click “Confirm”.
11. You will now receive an SMS (if applicable) confirming the Account Addition.
12. Now, click “Fund Transfer To Other Bank Account”.
13. Select the Account you’d like to Transfer From.
14. Select “Standard Chartered Bank 4000015124 SIMPLY HADDAD”
15. Key in the Amount for Transfer.
16. And choose a Transfer Type.
17. Click on Submit.
18. Confirm the Transaction with your DBS/POSB iB Secure Pin/OTP.
19. Click on Confirm.
20. Print the Confirmation Slip for your Reference.

1. Simply click on the Invoice you’d like to make payment for, and select “PayPal”.
2. Afterwhich, click on the small PayPal Logo, below the drop down menu.
3. You will than be forwarded to the PayPal Gateway.
4. You’d can either make payment through your PayPal account or choose from a variety of Credit/Debit Cards listed.
5. Upon Completing Payment via PayPal, click “Continue” in which you’d be redirected to our Account System that will verify that you’d completed payment.
6. We will than provide you with a receipt.
