We wanted to introduce a system and structure that will allow us to communicate with our clients at a whole new level, to bring our services right to your doorstep.

Project Management System Features

There are two ways for our clients to log-in to their Project Management Platform,

1. Via “Left Clicking” on the “Project Management” link at the ZetaAid web portal ( http://www.zetaid.com or http://www.zetaaid.com ).

2. Or you can go straight into the platform by going to http://client.zetaid.com or http://client.zetaaid.com

Once You’ve logged in, you’d be able to view lastest updates, messages, etc. with regards to Projects,

Active Projects that you have engaged us to work on and/or Completed Projects via the “My Projects” Tab.

Introduction

Just as a short brief to the features you’d come across whilst touring the Project Management Platform,

1. Messages

Messages are basically a unique way for us to communicate to you the Tasks that we have undertaken or those that we are planning to undertake,

and/or even Telephone Conversations and/or meeting minutes for future reference.

Comments are allowed to be made to each and every message, for example;

“If we provided Installation Dates, for your website. If you would like to post-pone these dates.

Simply fill out the Comment Box, and send. We’ll than arrange for another date.”

Using messages will allow you, our clients, to further consolidate tasks that we have completed for you.

Without rummaging through your email inbox.

An email will be sent to notify you of updates with regards to messages, comments and/or your Projects Status.

So you will never be left in the dark.

2. Tasks

Tasks are organized in task lists, and every project can have as many task lists as needed.

We may use individual task lists for each phase of your project, or even use task lists to divide a complex task into several sub-tasks.

This is done such that you’ll be kept in the loop with regards to all the steps we undertake, to fulfill all your desires with regards to the project at hand.

3. Milestones

Tasks tell people what to do – milestones tell them when something is due.

A milestone is just a date with a title and a description, but most importantly task lists and messages are assigned to a milestone, for greater simplicity in organizing Tasks and Messages.
