As part of our foray into Project SPIFFY, we've launched the Integrated SIMPLY HADDAD SpiffyTM Customer Management System (Version 3.1) for our delightful Customers and Clients on our Premium Support Portal - ZetaAidTM!
What is the Management System all about?
The Customer Management System integrates the Project Management Interface and Invoice & Correspondence Database, such that you only need to log-in to ZetaAid to find information about the progress of your Project and/or view Invoices and/or Correspondences with SIMPLY HADDADTM.
How would I use the System?
Let's take a brief "Tour" of the System, and look into how you would use it.
Let's say, you've hired SIMPLY HADDAD [Premium Design & Development] to develop a Corporate Logo for your upcoming Product Launch. Our staff will update your records on our Servers and we will provide you with a Unique User ID and Password to access the SIMPLY HADDAD SpiffyTM System.
Using this Unique User ID and Password, you'd than goto http://www.zetaaid.com or http://www.zetaid.com and login via the "My Login" section on the "Left Navigation Bar".
Upon logging in, you will notice two distinct menu items, made available to you; "My Projects" and "My Files".
My Projects
Upon clicking on My Projects, you'd be able to see the Tasks, Milestones and Project Details of one or more of your Projects you have employed SIMPLY HADDADTM [Premium Designs & Development] or SIMPLY HADDADTM's Relevant Bands/Sites.
You'd be able to communicate with the Design/Development Team directly by putting up your comments on each Task.
You'd also be able to preview the Progress List and the Projects Progress Bar (showing the percentage completion of your project).
My Files
Upon Clicking on My Files, you'd be able to view the Invoices, Bills, Correspondences and more for each Project.
And you'd be able to view general details such as Payment Information, Design Schematics Guidelines and more.
We've taken special care to provide you with a clean and simplified interface, such that navigating the "My Files" Section will be similar to navigating through your computer's hard-drive.
More features can be seen in the SIMPLY HADDAD SpiffyTM Management System and we will be introducing some new applications to the system and even a User Forum shortly. So Stay tuned !
