Simply let us know within the Email Subject Title that you’d like an update to be made, the steps you’d need to take are as follows,

STEP 1.

Create a new email meesage via your email client.

Select the content you’d like to edit/present on your website.

STEP 2.

Insert in the Subject Line: “Editing of Content  – (Title of your Content) – (Section/Category) – (Publishing Date)”

STEP 3.

And “Send”!

Upon receipt of your “Content Email”, a receipt/ticket will be provided.

We will than upload/edit your content immediately.

Note:

We however advise our Users to provide Articles to be published at least 24-36 hours in advance, such that there is a “good” and “lengthy” timeframe to work with, especially in the instances when Attachments are required to be edited.

Before sending/forwarding your content to us,

1. Before your content texts,
2. Add “Attachment Edits : xxx”
3. In which “xxx” is where you’d give detail instructions on what you’d like to be cropped/edited.

Note:

For such Content in which Attachments are required to be edited, additional time might be required.

All edits are subject to approval. If we find that the attachments/edits are not possible in instances where PDFs are Password Protected or if Attachments might infringe Copyright Laws, we will inform you via email for your review.

Insert in the Subject Line: “New Content Addition – (Title of your Content) – (Section/Category) – (Publishing Date)”

What’s the Process Like?

Well, we like to call it our 3 Step Content Update Process “3-SCUP ^TM“.

COMPILE -> DETAIL -> EMAIL

STEP 1.      Compile the General Content You need (inclusive of attachments) in a Word Processor (i.e. Microsoft Word, Open Office, etc. ) or even through the email message itself.

STEP 2.      Let us know the Content Title, Section & Category and Publishing Date.

STEP 3.      Email to our dedicated email address provided to you, once you have signed up for our email service.

Yes, it is that simple!
